Terms & Conditions

1. 18% Gratuity will be added to each check in the party including if guest go to the bar. Guest is encouraged be seat at table to be served by the server. 2. Bottle Service will also be an 18% Gratuity for each bottle served and bottle must be paid 1 week prior to event. 3. Catering request must be submitted and paid 1 week prior to event. 4. Decorations for event can only be set up 15 minutes before the start of the event. 5. Event is to start and end on time. You must be cleaned up and checks paid before ending time slot if not incidental deposit will not be refunded. 6. All guests must have check paid before the ending of the event. 7. When decorating there will be no decorations with any type of confetti and is limited to the tables that are reserved including balloon decorations. All decorations must be removed after event. *There is absolutely no drug use of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. *Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Reservation holder and guests shall always use the premises in a considerate manner. During event, guest of party does not have in and out privileges and must not be in attendance of any party after. *No children under the age of 21 will be allowed in bar after 8pm. No outside Alcohol or Food (except for store-bought cake or cupcakes) will be allowed if any of this contraband is found you will forfeit the remaining of your reservation time as well as your refundable deposit. During the event alcoholic beverages must not be taken outside the event spacewalk. All consequences and ramifications are the sole responsibility person that is reserving the space. *Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of Vibez Bar & Grill team members shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the remaining of the reservation period. In such cases refunds of the event costs will not be available including incidental deposit. *Reservation holder will be responsible for making sure that everyone in your party has paid out their tab before the end of your event time if not your incidental deposit will be forfeited as well. No refunds of thereafter will be refunded if reservation for event is cancelled, as your agreement to rent Vibez Bar & Grill may cause the loss of additional bookings or business. If circumstances beyond the control of Vibez Bar & Grill force us to cancel your reservation, or Vibez Bar & Grill will refund all sums paid. Vibez Bar & Grill reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
